青島海賽格光電科技有限公司成立于2010年，公司是在全社會提倡節(jié)能減排、綠色環(huán)保和中國鐵路裝備大發(fā)展的有利形勢下組建而成，公司注冊資金800萬元，公司辦公地址位于中國高鐵制造基地之一的青島市城陽區(qū)，與南車青島四方機車車輛股份有限公司毗鄰。
目前，公司現(xiàn)有員工40余名，其中技術(shù)研發(fā)和技術(shù)服務(wù)人員15人；設(shè)有辦公區(qū)域200 m2，生產(chǎn)制造基地2000 m2，試驗基地400 m2。

Catering to the following favorable situations in society, Qingdao Hiegrid opto-Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 based on the promotions of energy saving, emission reduction, green environment, and the great development of China railways outfit.

Office located in Chengyang district, Qingdao, which is one of the manufacturing bases of China high-speed railway, and nearby Sifang (Qingdao) Locomotives Company. 

We have now more than 40 staff members, 15 technicians included.
Covering an area of 2000 square meters for manufacturing, 400 square meters for testing foundation, and 200 square meters for office building. 

公司的主要業(yè)務(wù)范圍包括：高鐵影視系統(tǒng)和地鐵車輛PIS系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)車技術(shù)服務(wù)、售后服務(wù)、配件代理銷售、系統(tǒng)的方案設(shè)計和技術(shù)澄清；LED節(jié)能冷光源照明系統(tǒng)和LED信息顯示系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)、太陽能光伏產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)，以及上述兩者的集成開發(fā)。公司已通過GB/T 19001—2008----ISO 9001:2008質(zhì)量管理體系認證。目前公司已注冊自己的商標以及商標圖案。
Business scope: 
Technical services in movie & television system for high speed railways vehicle and the PIS system for subway vehicles, after-sale services, agent sales in related accessories, designs in system program and clarifications in technology. Research & development in energy-saving LED cold light illuminator system and LED display system, solar-energy photovoltaic products, and the integrated development of both above mentioned. The company was certified in GB/T 19001—2008----ISO 9001:2008, and the trademark was registered as well.

   We are aiming at building up a dedicated team in movie & video system and photovoltaic industry, carrying out a system of general manager bears the responsibilities under the leadership of the board of directors. At present, technology sector, sales department, purchase department, quality inspection team, after-sales department, financial department, and administration section, etc. has been founded to support the business.
公司業(yè)績包括：承擔了南車青島四方CRH380A高速動車組影視系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)場技術(shù)服務(wù)、國家工程實驗室監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，承接了城陽區(qū)當?shù)仄髽I(yè)LED信息顯示系統(tǒng)、由太陽能光伏電池板供電的LED燈帶的景觀照明系統(tǒng)以及太陽能光伏電池板供電的LED路燈和庭院燈系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、開發(fā)、安裝業(yè)務(wù)。
