A. 功能原理
Working principle
電接點(diǎn)式SF6氣體密度繼電器是改型的帶信號輸出的壓力表。SF6氣體密度繼電器實(shí)現(xiàn)了測量和開關(guān)功能的一體化。溫度對SF6氣體密度的影響由一個補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)平衡。 SF6氣體密度繼電器是針對每一個設(shè)備特殊設(shè)計的 (SF6氣體的純度, 校驗(yàn)壓力, 開關(guān)點(diǎn)...)。
Snap-action contact SF6 gas density monitor is a modified pressure gauge with signal output. SF6 Gas density monitor integrates measurement and switching functions. The impact of temperature on SF6 gas density is balanced by a compensation system. SF6 Gas density monitor is specially designed for each device (SF6 gas purity, calibration pressure, switch points …). 
SF6氣體遠(yuǎn)傳密度繼電器既有傳統(tǒng)的報警、閉鎖接點(diǎn)輸出，又有電子式數(shù)字信號輸出。
SF6 remote gas density monitor has not only traditional alarm and locking 
contact output but also digital signal output.

A．機(jī)械接口
Mechanical interface
一般儀表常用的技術(shù)性規(guī)范這里也使用 (如:En837-2),旋轉(zhuǎn)安裝時所用的力不允許直接作用到表殼或接線盒上,而是通過合適的工具作用到扳手面上.
Technical codes (e.g., En837-2) applicable to ordinary instrumentation also apply here. The force applied for rotation installation shall not directly act upon the instrument housing or terminal box but act upon the wrenching face through a suitable tool.

投訴/更換/修理
Complaint/replacement/repair
售后服務(wù)時請給出生產(chǎn)編號和產(chǎn)品型號,生產(chǎn)編號印在表盤上,產(chǎn)品型號印在標(biāo)牌上。
At customer service, please provide with the production number and product model. The production number is printed on the dial, while the product model is printed on the nameplate.
SF6-氣體密度繼電器/遠(yuǎn)傳密度繼電器必須長時間恒溫才能達(dá)到溫度補(bǔ)償作用(至少兩小時) 。

SF6- gas density monitor/ remote gas density monitor must be kept in constant temperature for a long time (at least two hours) so as to achieve temperature compensation.
只有廠家可以進(jìn)行維修,不允許開儀表,否則會使顯示和開關(guān)點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生誤差。
No one other than the manufacturer is allowed to disassemble the instrument for fear that any error may occur to the display and switch point.

數(shù)據(jù)處理：
溫度：Temperature = ( Temperature High | Temperature Low)/100  ℃
  例：Temperature High=0xF6；Temperature Low=0x05
      Temperature = 0xF605/100 = -25.55 ℃ 
壓力：Pressure = ( Pressure High | Pressure Low)/1000  MPa
  例：Pressure High = 0x12，Pressure Low = 0x34
      Pressure = 0x1234/10000 = 0.4660 MPa 
密度：Density = ( Density High | Density Low)/1000  MPa
例：Density High=0x56；Density Low=0x78
      Density = 0x5678/10000 = 2.2136MPa 
?返回的溫度、壓力、密度數(shù)據(jù)為2字節(jié)有符號整數(shù)。
?密度以對應(yīng)20℃下的壓力P20表示，單位MPa.
?壓力和密度用壓力表示，若轉(zhuǎn)化為相對壓力，減去當(dāng)?shù)卮髿鈮骸?br/>
使用和維護(hù)
Use and maintenance
密度繼電器/遠(yuǎn)傳密度繼電器應(yīng)垂直安裝，用在室外的密度繼電器/遠(yuǎn)傳密度繼電器應(yīng)避免陽光直射到儀表上，好在儀表上加裝防護(hù)罩。
Gas density monitor/remote gas density monitor shall be installed upright. For a gas density monitor used outdoors, direct exposure to sunlight is not allowed, and it is advisable to use a shield.
密度繼電器/遠(yuǎn)傳密度繼電器安裝部位應(yīng)能較真實(shí)地反映設(shè)備內(nèi)氣體的溫度。
Gas density monitor/remote gas density monitor shall be erected at a proper position to reflect the temperature of gas in relevant equipment.
用肥皂水浸濕的擦布清潔儀表，要清潔接線盒或插頭時要先把電源斷開，再接通電源前確保所有部件不潮濕。
Clean the instrument with a wiping cloth soaked in soap water. Cut off the power supply before cleaning the terminal box or plugs. Make sure that all components are dry before turning on the power again.
