托盤纏繞包裝機利用耐磨膠輥的差速比，將PE纏繞膜充分拉開后，均勻的纏包到轉動的托盤貨物上。包裝過程及包裝量等相應參數可自由設定，由各部分傳感器采集并返回數據后，匯總到*處理器（即PLC），由PLC對收到的數據處理后，協調、控制設備做出相應的動作。包裝全過程描述：設定好包裝層數、加固圈數（除非需要改變包裝的牢固度，一般參數設1次即可），把纏繞膜固定到待包托盤上后，按下“運行”按鈕，纏繞機按照既定參數運行完畢后，人工切斷薄膜，包裝完畢。

（立柱采用冷軋鋼板，厚度完全符合國家標準，堅固耐用。國內少見導軌采用U型導軌；具有雙向定位、噪音小，膜架上升下降平穩性可靠耐用，特別針對**高貨物的包裝。）
4.3變頻動力預拉伸開門型膜架，隨動感應桿控制送膜電機出膜，一拉即可，更適合要求更美觀，更節省薄膜，更注重安全規程的企業使用；
