產品說明|PRODUCT Introductions活性炭過濾器
活性碳是目前應用最為廣泛的吸附劑，在其晶格組織中間有各種形狀的微細孔，形成特有的多孔隙結構，因而構成巨大的吸附面積，所以吸附能力特強。活性碳過濾器采用吸附的方法有效地去除水中的有機物、膠體、重金屬，去除余氯等不良氣味，降低水的色度，廣泛應用于工廠、城鎮水質凈化，以及反滲透，超濾、離子交換系統的預處理工藝段及提高各類深度凈化設備的進水水質。
 
活性碳是用煤、木炭、果核和果殼等為原料，經高溫炭化和活化處理而成，具有很大的比表面積( 1克活性碳有800~2000m2) 。因此活性碳具有極高的吸附能力。活性碳用于去氯時，次氯酸被吸附在活性碳表面上，分解為氯化氫和原子氧。原子氧和碳原子由吸附狀態迅速轉變成化合狀態(氧化碳)。因此活性碳脫氯并不存在吸附飽和的問題，只是損失少量的碳而已。故活性碳脫氯可以運行很久時間。活性碳不僅能脫氯，而且也能濾除自來水中殘留的懸浮物、腐殖酸、膠體、重金屬、氣味。活性碳的再生活化通常采用熱力再生法，即將活性碳在500~l000°C的高溫條件下，使吸附在活性碳表面的有機物分解為二氧化碳和水；也可采用高壓蒸汽吹洗或用氫氧化鈉溶液浸泡再生。
 
設備選型  
活性炭過濾器的設計參數應根據進水水質、處理要求和活性炭的種類，參考類似發電廠的運行經驗或通過試驗確定，并應符合下列原則：
1、應選擇機械強度好、吸附速度快、吸附容量大的活性炭
2、活性碳過濾器的濾速可參考下表

活性炭過濾器放在氫離子交換器之后，濾速可適當提高。
 
 應用范圍廣泛適用于食品、醫藥、電子、化工、工業廢水等行業。
 
使用的基本要求：1、能滿足液壓系統對過濾精度的要求，能夠阻擋一定的雜質進入系統;
2、濾芯應該具備足夠的強度，不會因壓力而受到損壞;
3、通流的能力大，壓力損失小;
4、易于清洗、更換。安裝要點：
 
安裝要點：1、泵入口的吸油粗濾器;
2、泵出口油路上的高壓濾油器;
3、系統回油路上的低壓濾油器;
4、安裝在系統以外的旁路過濾系統。
 
作用活性炭過濾器的作用主要是去除大分子有機物、鐵氧化物、余氯。這是因為有機物、余氯、鐵氧化物易使離子交換樹脂中毒，而余氯、陽離子表面活性劑等不但會使樹脂中毒，還會破壞膜結構，使反滲透膜失效。
