用途 Application 
 
螺帶混合機一般用于粘性或有凝聚性的粉粒體的混合以及粉粒體中添加液體及糊狀物料的混合，同時由于粘性物料清洗困難的特點，適用于產量大、不經常更換品種的場合混合。臥式螺帶混合機廣泛適用于化工、醫藥、復合肥、染料、顏料、橡膠、建材、食品、奶粉、保健品、飼料、添加劑、養殖業、生物工程、精細化工、陶瓷、耐火材料、稀土、塑料玻璃以及新材料、核能材料等行業的固－固（即粉體與粉體）、固－漿（即粉體與漿體）的物料混合。 
The ribbon mixer is generally used to mix sticky or agglomerate powder material or powder material with liquid and slurry material. Considering the difficulty in cleaning the sticky material, the equipment is also suitable for big production capacity and the occasion where the material doesn’t often change. The mixer is widely used in the following sections: chemical, pharmacy, compound fertilizer, dyestuff, pigment, rubber, construction material, foodstuff, milk powder, health products, feedstuff, additives, livestock breeding, biological engineering, fine chemical, ceramics and so on. It is mainly aim to mixer powder and powder material or powder and liquid material.

III．工作原理 Working principle 
該機型由容器、螺旋攪拌葉片和傳動部件組成：螺旋葉片一般做成雙層或
 
 
三層，外層螺旋將物料從兩側向中央匯集，內層螺旋將物料從中央兩側輸送，形成對流混合。 
The mixer consists of container, helix mixing blade and transmission parts. The helix blade is usually designed into double layer or three layers. The outer ribbon will make the material from both sides gather in the center while the inner ribbon will make the material from the center feed in the sides. This can form counter current mixing.

用 operation 
 
1．開箱后，檢查合格證.使用說明書.裝箱單.資料是否齊全,備品備件是否齊全。 
After opening the wooden box, please check whether the qualified certificate, user’s manual, packing list and spare parts are complete. 
2.檢查在運輸過程中，機器有無損壞，各緊固件是否松動。 
Please check whether the mixer is in good condition after long transportation. The fasten parts is loose or not. 
3.機體內部已進行處理，如經過長期擱置或長途運輸，開車前必須打開前蓋，檢查機內是否有雜物，如有雜物必須仔細清理，以免鐵銷混入產品。 
The inner parts of the mixer have been treated. If it is left for a long time or long transportation, please check whether the inner parts of the mixer have sundries before starting the mixer. If there are some sundries, please clean them. 
4.檢查減速機的機油是否加到油標位置。 
 
 
Please check whether the machinery oil of the reducer has been added to the position of oil gauge. 
5.接通電源，并接地，開啟電源開關。 
Connect the power and ground, turn on the power. 
6.機器運轉正常，運轉5-10分鐘后，開始加料工作。 
If the machine can operate in good condition for 5-10min, you can feed the material into the container now. 
VI. 維護 Maintenance 
1.本機器運行累計500小時左右時，請檢查主軸承，必要時清洗，加入適量的潤滑脂或更換。 
After about 500 hours’ operation, please check the main bearing. If it is necessary, please clean and add proper amount of grease or replace it with a new one. 
2.機器必須可靠接地。The mixer must be grounded stably. 
3.機器運轉300小時后，要更換減速機里面的機油，機油為42#機械油，以后每工作500小時更換一次。 
After about 200 hours’ operation, please replace the machine oil of the reducer. The model of the machinery oil is 42#. After this, you should replace it after 500 hours’ operation.
