2、我司所售之設備，**保修期為一年，保修期內，零配件的更換及維修均**提供；但設備所有非正常損壞均不屬保修范圍，買方應支付更換零配件的費用；
3、**保修期外，當設備損壞時買方需支付所更換配件費用（按材料采購成本計價）；
4、設備使用過程中，機器出現故障,使用部門應切斷電源，口頭或書面通知我司服務部，省內地區在接到通知后將在24小時內提交解決方案并通知買方，省外地區在接到通知72小時內提交解決方案并通知買家；
