【高鋁水泥產品介紹】：
 
    高鋁水泥又稱為礬土水泥，耐火水泥，鋁酸鹽水泥，統稱為鋁酸鹽水泥，是以鋁礬土和石灰石為原料，經煅燒制得的以鋁酸鈣為主要成分、氧化鋁含量約50%的熟料，再磨制成的水硬性膠凝材料。    高鋁水泥常為黃或褐色，也有呈灰色的。具有快硬、早強、耐腐蝕、耐高溫的水硬性膠凝材料；它既是一種優質的建筑材料，也是一種膠凝性散狀耐火材料，在冶金、建材、石油化工、電力、食品等行業有著廣泛的應用。
 
【產品技術要求】：
 
     1、細度：水泥顆粒越細，比表面積越大，水化反應越快越充分，早期和后期強度都較高。國家規定：比表面積應大于300平方米/千克，否則為不合格。
 
     2、凝結時間：為保證在施工時有充足的時間來完成攪拌、運輸、成型等各種工藝，水泥的初凝時間不宜太短；施工完畢后，希望水泥能盡快硬化，產生強度，所以終凝時間不宜太長。硅酸鹽水泥的初凝時間不得早于45分鐘，終凝時間不得遲于390分鐘。
 
     3、體積安定性：水泥漿體在凝結硬化過程中體積變化的均勻性稱為水泥的體積安定性。如體積變化不均勻即體積安定性不良，容易產生翹曲和開裂，降低工程質量甚至出現事故。
 
     4、 耐火水泥的烘烤耐火水泥爐襯進行烘烤時，必須注意下列事宜:
    1) 常溫350度階段，最易引起局部爆裂，要特別注意緩慢烘烤。如在350度保溫后仍有大量蒸汽冒出，仍應減緩升溫速度。
    2) 在通風不良、水氣不易排出的條件下，要適當延長保溫時間。
    3) 當用重油烘烤時，要嚴防重油噴在爐襯表面，以防局部爆裂。
    4) 當用木柴烘烤時，直接接觸火焰處往往造成局部升溫過急，應加以防護。
    5) 對新澆搗的耐火水泥，至少要經3d后才可進行烘烤。
    6) 對耐火水泥爐襯的冷卻也應緩慢，避免強制通風。
 
【包裝及運輸】：
 
    包裝袋為防潮袋，每袋重50kg（也可按客戶要求包裝）；
    運輸儲存期間防止包裝破損，以免漏失或混入雜物；
    水泥在運輸與存儲時，不得受潮和混入雜物，不得與其他品種水泥混合存放。 
    運輸方式根據客戶需求安排。

High alumina cement usually yellow or brown, also has a grey. With rapid hardening, early strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance of hydraulic cementitious material; it is a kind of high quality building materials, is also a kind of cementitious powdered refractory material, is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, petrochemical, power, food and other industries.
Technical requirements for products []:
1, the fineness of cement: the finer the particle size, larger specific surface area, the hydration reaction of the faster and more fully, early and late strength high. The provisions of the state: specific surface area should be more than 300 square meters / kg, otherwise unqualified.
2, the setting time: in order to ensure the construction when there is sufficient time to complete mixing, transportation, forming the various technology such as cement, the initial setting time should not be too short; after the construction, hope as soon as possible to produce cement hardening, strength, so the final setting time shoulds not be too long. The initial setting time of Portland cement shall not be earlier than 45 minutes, the final setting time not later than 390 minutes.
3, the volume stability: cement slurry in setting and hardening process uniformity volume change is called the soundness of cement. Such as the volume change not uniformly bad soundness, prone to warping and cracking, reduce the engineering quality and even the emergence of accident.
4, refractory cement baking refractory cement lining baking, must pay attention to the following matters:
1) at room temperature 350 degrees phase, most likely caused by local burst, special attention should be paid to slow baked. As in the 350 degree heat preservation still has a lot of steam, still should slow heating rate.
2) poor ventilation and moisture is difficult to discharge conditions, appropriate to extend the time of heat preservation.
3) when using heavy oil when baking to prevent heavy oil sprayed on the surface of the furnace lining, to prevent local burst.
4) when using firewood baked, direct contact with the flame often cause local heating up too fast, should be protected.
5) on refractory cement new cast, at least by 3D shall be carried out only after baking.
6) on refractory cement lining cooling should be slow, to avoid the forced ventilation.
[packing and shipping]:
The packing bag is a moisture barrier bags, each bag weighs 50kg (also can be packaged according to customer requirements); packaging to prevent damage during transportation and storage, in order to avoid leakage or mixed with debris; cement in the transport and storage, shall not be affected with damp and mixed with debris, may not be stored with other varieties of cement mixing. According to the customer demand arrangement mode of transport.
