【簡(jiǎn)介】
沸石是一種硅酸鹽礦物質(zhì),經(jīng)火山爆發(fā)而發(fā)生的結(jié)晶體,它具有孔隙發(fā)達(dá),吸咐強(qiáng),是一種無機(jī)物離子交換劑,對(duì)NH4-N(氮氮)有良好的去除作用,在水中還可與其Ca+.mg+Cs+k+Na+等均衡量重金屬陽離子進(jìn)行交換以降低水的總硬度,另外它還有較高的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,比表面積大,內(nèi)部靜電強(qiáng),使你的水質(zhì)能達(dá)到排放和飲用水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)的理想產(chǎn)品,(目前天然的凈水沸石有白色、紅色和灰墨色三種.)
沸石濾料是鋁硅酸鹽類礦物，外觀呈白色或磚紅色，屬弱酸性陽離子交換劑，經(jīng)人工導(dǎo)入活性組分，使其具有新的離子交換或吸附能力，吸附容量也相應(yīng)增大。主要用于中小型鍋爐用水的軟化處理，以除去水中的鈣、鎂離子，從而減少鍋爐內(nèi)水垢的生成，減輕水測(cè)金屬的腐蝕，延長(zhǎng)鍋爐的使用壽命。在廢水處理中，可用于除去水中的磷和鉛以及六價(jià)鉻。失效后的沸石可用于濃鹽水逆流再生后重復(fù)使用。
【應(yīng)用】
廢水中的鎘、鉻、鉛、汞、鋅等重金屬離子以及有機(jī)物是造成環(huán)境污染的有害物質(zhì)，沸石則可通過離子交換、吸附功能將上述有害物質(zhì)固定在孔穴道內(nèi)，達(dá)到治理環(huán)境污染、凈化水質(zhì)、保護(hù)環(huán)境的功效。
另外，沸石可以直接撒播于土壤中，調(diào)節(jié)PH值，改良鹽堿地，改善土壤結(jié)構(gòu)。還可以為農(nóng)藥（農(nóng)用肥料）的載體，以降低毒性，延長(zhǎng)藥性。活化沸石是工業(yè)給水、廢水處理及自來水過濾的新型理想濾料。經(jīng)過處理的沸石可作為冰箱除臭劑，水果保鮮劑和干燥劑等。
