【棕剛玉簡(jiǎn)介】
      棕剛玉，俗名又稱金剛砂，是用礬土、碳素材料、鐵屑三種原料在電爐中經(jīng)過(guò)融化還原而制得的棕褐色人造剛玉，故為此名。棕剛玉主要化學(xué)成份是AL2O3，其含量在94.5%-97%，另含有少量的Fe，Si，Ti等。
    棕剛玉是以鋁礬土、焦碳（無(wú)煙煤）為主要原料，在電弧爐內(nèi)經(jīng)高溫冶煉而成，用它制成的磨具，適于磨削抗張較高的金屬，如各種通用鋼材、可鍛鑄鐵、硬青銅等，也可制造高級(jí)耐火材料。棕剛玉具有純度高，結(jié)晶好，流動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，線膨脹系數(shù)低，耐腐蝕的特點(diǎn)。經(jīng)數(shù)十家耐火生產(chǎn)企業(yè)實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證，該產(chǎn)品在應(yīng)用過(guò)程中具有不起爆、不粉化、不開(kāi)裂的特點(diǎn)。尤其是其遠(yuǎn)高于傳統(tǒng)棕剛玉的性價(jià)比，更使之成為棕剛玉質(zhì)耐火材料的較佳骨料和填充料。

      棕剛玉因其硬度高，韌性好，多用為磨削材料，是較基本的磨料之一。

【棕剛玉用途】
     棕剛玉稱作工業(yè)的牙齒：主要用在耐火材料，砂輪，噴砂 。
      1、噴砂棕剛玉——噴砂磨料硬度適中，堆積密度高，無(wú)游離二氧化硅，比重大，韌性好,是理想的“環(huán)保”型噴砂材料，廣泛應(yīng)用于鋁型材，銅型材玻璃，水洗牛仔服精密模具等領(lǐng)域；
      2、自由研磨——研磨級(jí)磨料，應(yīng)用于顯像管、光學(xué)玻璃、單晶硅、鏡片、鐘表用玻璃、水晶玻璃、玉器等領(lǐng)域的自由研磨，是國(guó)內(nèi)普遍采用的高級(jí)研磨材料；
      3、樹(shù)脂磨具——磨料具有顏色合適、硬度好、有韌性、合適的顆粒斷面類型和刃口保持度，應(yīng)用于樹(shù)脂磨具，效果理想；
      4、涂附磨具——磨料是砂紙、紗布等生產(chǎn)廠家的生產(chǎn)原料；
