油墨特性 Characteristic :
 Vantan 63系列是一款采用聚丙烯樹脂合成的免處理PP油墨。對大部分未處理硬質PP料有優異附著力、耐酒精、抗劃傷性能好、不拉絲、良好的過網性、亮光。可滿足絲印、移印兩用，高速絲印時也不會飛墨、糊邊，移印時具有良好的上墨性和脫墨性。
Vantan  63 series is a?processless?PP printing ink with PP?resin synthetic material.?It has the extraordinary adhesion for many processless hard PP materials, alcohol resistant, good scratch resistance, without wire drawing, good filtrability and glossiness. Suitable for silk screen and pad printing, no misting or blurred edges in high speed screen printing, with good inking and?deinking in pad printing.

適用范圍 Applied range :
適合印刷處理及未處理的硬質PP及部分處理過的PE料；應用于電器外殼(豆漿機、電吹風等）、**玩具、PP用品。
Suitable for printing processed and unprocessed hard PP and some processed PE materials; used for electrical equipment enclosure (soybean milk machine, electric hair drier and so on), high-grade toys and PP articles.

使用方法Method of use :
?印刷前可用酒精或抹字水清潔印刷品表面的污垢及油漬。
?The alcohol or wipe water can be used to clean the dirt and oil stain on the surface of the printing materials before printing.
?稀釋劑：根據印刷方式和環境條件添加10%左右稀釋劑調節油墨稀稠度。
?Diluent: add about 10% diluent to adjust the?consistency of printing ink according to the?printing method and?environmental conditions.
?干燥方式：自然干燥（25°C)或低于70°C強制干燥，作強制干燥可縮短時間
?Drying method: natural drying(25°C), the time of?forced drying (below?70°C) can be shorter.
