海綿鐵簡介：
海綿鐵采用優質礦石，利用氧化還原反應原理，通過濾式除淀方式進行排除，對管道、鍋爐和循環水溶解氧腐蝕經水處理后水溶解氧含量可將到0.05mg/L以下。在回轉窯、豎爐或其他反應器內，用煤、焦炭，天然氣或氫氣，使鐵礦石或鐵精礦球團在低于物料熔化溫度的條件下進行低溫還原，變成多孔狀的產物。其中被還原出來的鐵呈細小鐵核，形如海錦，故稱。海綿鐵經冷卻、破碎、磁選，可除去脈石或其他雜質(金屬鐵占全鐵90％以上者，可直接用于煉鋼；90％以下的，用于高爐或電爐煉鐵)。
在低于熔化溫度之下將鐵礦石還原成海綿鐵的煉鐵生產過程，其產品為直接還原鐵（即DRI），也稱海綿鐵。該產品未經熔化，仍保持礦石外形，由于還原失氧形成大量氣孔，在顯微鏡下觀察團形似海綿而得名。海綿鐵的特點是含碳低（＜1％），并保存了礦石中的脈石。這些特性使其不宜大規模用于轉爐煉鋼，只適于代替廢鋼作為電爐煉鋼的原料。海綿鐵中硫、磷等有害雜質與有色金屬含量低，有利于電爐冶煉優質鋼種。含鐵量超過97％以上也屬于海綿鐵，但應用于粉末冶金領域，其形狀分塊狀和粉狀（一次還原鐵粉），如深加工還可做二次還原鐵粉，其含鐵量將達到99％以上。
海綿鐵濾料適用范圍：
1、適用于熱水鍋爐的補水;
2、適用于低壓蒸汽鍋爐的給水;
3、適用于工業循環冷卻水補水;
4、適用于油田注水

海綿鐵除氧原理：
海綿鐵濾料，常溫過濾式除氧化學除氧，采用優質礦粉(活性海綿鐵)，海綿鐵主要成分是鐵，其疏松多孔的內部結構，提供的比表面積是普通鐵屑的5-10倍，可使水中的氧與鐵發生迅速徹底的氧化反應，通過濾式除淀方式進行排除，對管道、鍋爐很循環水溶解氧腐蝕經處理后水溶解氧含量可達到0.05 mg/L以下。

用白色編織袋包裝，凈重：50kg。運輸儲存期間防止包裝破損，以免漏失或混入雜物．不宜與承托料及其他濾料一起運輸堆放.
