錳砂簡介：
 
錳砂濾料是采用**天然錳礦石加工而成，外觀呈褐色，對于地下水除鐵、除錳過濾有*特的效果。
 
錳砂濾料是采用國內**錳砂礦、晶粒致密、機械強度大、化學活性強、不易破碎、不溶于水的天然錳礦砂。經水洗打磨除雜、破碎、干燥、磁選、篩分、除塵等工藝加工成砂。再把加工好的錳砂按一定的級配調合而成。它具有水處理濾料較理想的級配比例，使它在單位體積內有較大的比表面積、較強的截污能力、較大的氧化催化作用和較小的反沖洗流失率。
錳砂濾料外觀黑褐色，近圓形，主要成份是二氧化錳，含量在35%-45%之間。
采用錳砂濾料處理地下水，工藝簡單，操作方便，工程造價低，長效穩定，服務周期在5年以上，易于管理，不填加任何化學藥劑即可達到去除水中鐵、錳、砷等有害物質的目的，水質*達到地區飲用水標準，是非常好的地下水處理濾料。

錳砂的應用：
 
天然錳砂是一種很強的氧化劑，能對水中二價鐵起氧化作用，常用于飲用水除鐵、除錳過濾裝置，地下水除鐵除錳凈化水質使用。
 
使用錳砂的注意事項：
 
錳砂的使用的年限，對含鐵濃度高的地下水一般為3~5年，對含鐵濃度低的地下水，使用年限更長，有的已逾十年。在有的天然錳砂濾池中，濾層上部的錳砂會逐漸形成球狀的“銹砂”，“銹砂”表面有一層“活性濾膜”，仍具有接觸催化除鐵能力，所以，形成“鐵砂”，不是天然錳砂失效的標志。當”銹砂“長大致使濾料粒徑過粗而影響除鐵效果時，才有必要更換部分濾料。所以，在我們的施工過程中要注意是否有“銹砂”的存在，如果有的話一定要辨別清楚“銹砂”的大小，如果是小的規格，可以繼續使用，可以減少我們的工業成本，如果是大的規格，就要換掉，以免影響過濾水質。
