加工步驟   Processing Steps1.確定加工數量：因冷鍛成型加工的優勢在于能在快速的生產大批量的金屬零件，故客戶選擇冷鍛成型前需要估算加工數量，以確保最大限度的發揮冷鍛成型加工的優勢，溫馨提示，每次加工數量大于10萬件/次。2.確定加工規格：本廠冷鍛加工的常規規格為：最大外徑25mm；最大長度40mm，如超過以上規格，需詳細交流，Email：1573917146@  電話    董先生
3.傳輸加工圖紙：確定加工的客戶請及時通過阿里旺旺及郵箱形式，將圖紙以圖片的形式或PDF的形式傳輸給本廠，本廠技術人員將以最快的速度評估生產加工的可行性，并將結果通知給客戶，以確定加工計劃。4.明確加工步驟：當本廠確定能承擔客戶的加工產品規格后，將與客戶進行深入溝通，對模具設計，材料選擇，費用結算等問題進行詳談。5.簽訂加工合同：完成以上步驟后進行加工合同簽訂，并按合同進行加工，完成客戶相應要求，并希望客戶能關注生產進程。 1.Determine the quantities of processing:Due to the advantages of cold forming process is able to quickly produce large quantities of metal parts, so customers need to estimate the quantities of processing, to ensure maximum advantage of cold forging processing.Tips: each processing quantities greater than 100,000 / times. 2.Determine the processing specifications:General Specifications for cold forming process : the largest diameter 25mm; maximum length of 40mm, exceeding the above specifications , to be detailed exchanges , Email: @ or sgp19832001@, telephone  Mr. Sun3.Transmission processing drawings: customers transmit the drawings to us  through Ali Want and  Email  form a picture or PDF.
