【產(chǎn)品介紹】
碳化硅主要分為黑碳化硅和綠碳化硅。碳化硅又稱碳硅石。在當(dāng)代C、N、B等非氧化物高技術(shù)耐火原料中，碳化硅為應(yīng)用最廣泛、最經(jīng)濟(jì)的一種。可以稱為金鋼砂或耐火砂。其中：黑碳化硅是以石英砂,石油焦和優(yōu)質(zhì)硅石為主要原料,通過電阻爐高溫冶煉而成。其硬度介于剛玉和金剛石之間,機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高于剛玉,性脆而鋒利。黑碳化硅，有金屬光澤，含SiC 95%以上，強(qiáng)度比綠碳化硅大，但硬度較低，主要用于磨鑄鐵和非金屬材料。

1有色金屬冶煉工業(yè)的應(yīng)用
    利用碳化硅具有耐高溫,強(qiáng)度大,導(dǎo)熱性能良好,抗沖擊,作高溫間接加熱材料,如堅罐蒸餾爐,精餾爐塔盤,鋁電解槽,銅熔化爐內(nèi)襯,鋅粉爐用弧型板,熱電偶保護(hù)管等。
2.鋼鐵行業(yè)方面的應(yīng)用
    利用碳化硅的耐腐蝕,抗熱沖擊耐磨損,導(dǎo)熱好的特點(diǎn),用于大型高爐內(nèi)襯提高了使用壽命。
3.冶金選礦行業(yè)的應(yīng)用
    碳化硅硬度僅次于金剛石,具有較強(qiáng)的耐磨性能,是耐磨管道,葉輪.泵室.旋流器,礦斗內(nèi)襯的理想材料,其耐磨性能是鑄鐵.橡膠使用壽命的5—20倍,也是航空飛行跑道的理想材料之一。
4.建材陶瓷,砂輪工業(yè)方面的應(yīng)用
利用其導(dǎo)熱系數(shù).熱輻射,高熱強(qiáng)度大的特性,制造薄板窯具,不僅能減少窯具容量,還提高了窯爐的裝容量和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,縮短了生產(chǎn)周期,是陶瓷釉面烘烤燒結(jié)理想的間接材料。
5.節(jié)能方面的應(yīng)用
    利用良好的導(dǎo)熱和熱穩(wěn)定性,作熱交換器,燃耗減少20%,節(jié)約燃料35%,使生產(chǎn)率提高20-30%,特別是礦山選廠用排放輸送管道的內(nèi)放,其耐磨程度是普通耐磨材料的6—7倍。
