該機外殼全部采用304不銹鋼材料制作，外露部件除彈簧銅套切刀等不適合采用不銹鋼材料制作的外，均采用不銹鋼材料制作，適應更多的應用場合。
本機采用目前**上較**的微電腦芯片控制，5.寸大屏液晶顯示，操作界面簡潔易用，配合光電眼跟蹤檢測，兩包內準確封切，可選擇配裝打碼機及排氣或充氣裝置。
本機適應于各種顆粒狀如沖劑、味精、麥片、干燥劑以及三合一咖啡、芝麻糊、豆奶粉等流動性好的粉劑物料的全自動包裝
