球狀活性炭 
 
      外觀：灰黑色球形或橢球形   
      性能：該產品屬國內首創的新型產品，采用優質褐煤或無煙煤及粘合劑、催化劑等經粉碎、混合、成球、干燥、碳化、活化而制成。具有較大的比表面積和空隙機構，械強度高，脫硫性能好。硫容量高，應用阻力小，氣流分布均勻等優點。  
      用途：本產品廣泛應用于凈化半水煤氣、原料氣天然氣、油田氣、煤氣、及二氧化碳氣體中的H2S及部分有機硫化物。
 
球狀活性炭特點 
 
      煤質球狀活性炭，由于內核體可由不同于球形外殼材料的無機材料制成，球形活性炭的比表面積可高達500-1000m2/g，有利于球形活性炭構成材料性能充分發揮。另外，由于球形活性炭之間形成的流體流道流體力學性能好，流體通過活性炭層壓力降小，因此特別適用于床內活性炭堆砌層高度大的固定床氣體處理裝置。 
 
      煤質球狀活性炭是以石油系瀝青為原料制備的球形度高的活性炭，除了具有活性炭所擁有的吸附性能外，還有著其他多種特點：
  
      1、小顆粒、高填充性   
      2、高流動性   
      3、高純度、低灰分   
      4、高強度、高耐磨性   
      5、窄粒度分布  
 
      煤質球活性炭采用以瀝青為原料的生產方法，產品性能穩定。此外，SAC最大的特點是采用高品質的瀝青，其球化過程不使用粘結劑，且在流動狀態下保持均勻的不熔化和活化而制的。

球形活性炭應用領域 
 
      1、溶劑回收   
      工業界使用的有機溶劑各種各樣，在優良產品問世的同時，部分有機溶劑被排放到大氣中形成污染，產生深刻的社會問題。為此，日本某化工工程公司利用球形活性炭開發了溶劑回收裝置，在國內外的電器、化學、汽車工業，制藥等行業，已經建立了400多套裝置節能無排水溶劑回收及脫臭裝置，得到了大家的一致好評。   
      2、過濾器等的煤氣處理   
      球形活性炭因其高純度、低塵、球狀、低壓力損失的特點以及超強的凈化能力，已在半導體行業凈化室過濾網的吸附材料、電子器件等的氣體處理、汽車車內環境凈化用吸附材料等領域被采用。  
 
       3、水處理   
       活性炭吸附處理是水處理的一個分支，隨著近年水質污染以及有關管理措施的強化，對活性炭的需求也在增加。在活性炭吸附處理中，流化床方式顯示優異的除污效率，在流化床方式中是采用球形活性炭作為吸附劑的凈水廠已經發揮了10年以上的功效。此外，利用其高純度、低塵、耐磨損的特點，球形活性炭在純水制造裝置及排水處理裝置中也得到使用。
