產(chǎn)品特性：
1.碟形彈簧、內(nèi)部滾輪以及卡輪的組合，能使模具的開合具有良好的平衡性。
2.滾輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)能較好地防止偏心磨損的發(fā)生。
3.鎖緊套為上下對(duì)稱式，所以當(dāng)產(chǎn)品發(fā)生磨損后還可以倒置安裝再次使用。
4.因鎖緊座的背面有避空位，所以模板上有臺(tái)階時(shí)也可使用。
使用說明：
1.緊湊型鎖緊套的鎖緊套高度（A尺寸）定為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸24㎜。可適用于模架座板單側(cè)超出25㎜的規(guī)格。
2.可以防止在注塑機(jī)上安裝模具時(shí)，因卡輪鎖模組件的超出部分干涉注塑機(jī)而造成注塑機(jī)的損傷或卡輪鎖模組件自身受損的情況。
3.雖然鎖緊套高度A、t1尺寸變小，但承載能力以及其它尺寸與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型產(chǎn)品是相同。
