TDNJ Series Portable Spot Welding Machine

特點及用途:     
1、體積小、重量輕、焊機、焊槍都可移動，在結構上破除了老式焊機的固定電極臂模式，采用2m長通水電纜并配有手持式點焊槍，能伸入焊件內部及特殊部件進行焊接，操作起來特別靈活。
2、變壓器采用進口矽鋼片，全銅芯，因此主變壓器功耗小，空載電流小。
3、主回路采用可控硅無觸點開關，電路關斷時間快、準確、可靠。焊接時間可通過定時精確調節，焊接性好，且維修方便。
4、可焊接碳鋼、不銹鋼、鍍鋅板、鐵皮、銅片等多種金屬及合金。目前廣泛用于鋼制家具、不銹鋼制品、貨架、防盜門、廚房設備焊接及鋼絲網片補焊等。
Features and Applications:
1.	small volume,light weight,machine and welding gun both can move conveniently,adopt meters length water-cooling welding cable and hand-held welding gun,the operation is quite flexible,convenient,able to weld inner parts and special parts of workpiece
2.	The transformer adopts imported silicon steel sheet, copper core, so the main transformer of low power consumption, small no-load current.
3.	The main circuit adopts thyristor contactless switch, which is fast, accurate and reliable. Welding time can be adjusted by timing, good weldability, and convenient maintenance.
4.	Widely used in steel furniture,stainless steel product,security door manufacturing and steel wire mesh reweld for leakage welding etc.
