PE管擠出模具
（螺旋式模具）螺旋式模具特點：熔體流動速度達到預期的力學均勻性，熱均勻性。
1.螺旋體能在內層、中層、外層管材生產上使用，也可以用于不同壓力等級的管材；
2.壓力消耗少，產量高；
3.無須芯棒支架，使生產中長發生的流紋消失；
4.結構緊湊，連接合理，更換方便；

6.直徑200以上口徑均設計有內部加熱恒溫裝置（內部加熱器和模溫機）
7.流道鍍鉻并拋光讓用戶得到最佳的制品外管。
8.配有模具移動小車，電動90°翻轉使更換模具規格更為方便快捷。目前中國的管材市場，塑料管道正在穩步發展，PE管、PP-R管、UPVC管都占有一席之地，其中PE管強勁的發展勢頭最為令人矚目。

PE pipe mould

Character of Spiral type mould:
1.	Flow speed of melt is reached to.
2.	Spiral distributo can be used in the production of inner, middle and outer layer,and for producing pipe for different pressure classes.

Composite molds
The PE composite mould made by us is of three-layer spiral distribution structure.
According to the requirements of products, we can co-extrude with two or three extruders.
Co-extusion by three extruder: for producing three-color pipes and sandwich pipes(such as PPR glass fiber nano bactrial-resistant pipes)
Co-extrusion by two extruders:for producing three-layer PE sandwich pipes and glass fiber PPR pipes. The proportion of inner side to the outside can be regulated by a screw. Close the screw in the inner-layer flow channel can produce two-layer products such as silicon core pipes and PPR nano bactreial-resistant pipes.
