E5500 可以設(shè)置為低范圍氮氧化物傳感器精確到0.1ppm的精度，同時(shí)針對低氮氧化物濃度可以提供更精確的數(shù)據(jù)。E5500還可以設(shè)置為直接測量全氮氧化合物，包括一氧化氮和二氧化氮。

The E5500 can be configured with low range NOx gas sensors with 0.1ppm resolution and greater accuracy for low NOx concentration measurements. Total NOx, with direct actual measurements of both NO and NO2, is available with the E5500.

Real-Time Software

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)“EGAS”軟件包可以在施工現(xiàn)場用筆記本電腦，或在實(shí)驗(yàn)室用臺式電腦來即時(shí)保存和繪制數(shù)據(jù)。E5500與電腦之間的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸可以通過無線藍(lán)牙或者USB數(shù)據(jù)線來完成。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配件包里已經(jīng)包含了無線藍(lán)牙和USB數(shù)據(jù)線。藍(lán)牙配件還可以導(dǎo)出數(shù)據(jù)，以方便在其他的電子制表軟件里使用，從而方便客戶可以靈活的制作細(xì)致的尾氣分析報(bào)告。

The standard “EGAS” software package includes the ability to save & graph data in real-time in the field with a laptop or in a laboratory with a PC. Communications between the E5500 and a computer are done via wireless Bluetooth communicants or USB cable. A Bluetooth module for a computer comes standard with software can be exported to other spreadsheet programs for more user flexibility to create detailed emission reports.

E5500最多可以裝配五個(gè)電化學(xué)分析類的氣體傳感器。每個(gè)傳感器的具體數(shù)據(jù)請查看下圖。

The E5500 can have a maximum of five total gas sensors, that are electrochemical type gas sensors. The chart below details each sensor. 

 

溫度測量

Temperature Measurements

尾氣溫度、空氣溫度及相對溫度的測量是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置的。效率的計(jì)算也利用了相對溫度的數(shù)據(jù)。

Temperature measurements for the flue gas and air as well as the differential temperature are standard features. The differential temperature is used as part of the efficiency calculation.

 

氣流、壓力和氣流速度

Draft, Pressure & Velocity 

分析儀利用內(nèi)置的壓力傳感器來檢測壓力和煙囪抽力。通過計(jì)算前后壓力差可以得到相對壓力。氣流速度可以通過相對壓力和可選性皮氏管來計(jì)算得來。

An internal pressure sensor allows the analyzer to measure pressure and stack draft. With two pressure inputs, a differential pressure can also be measured. Gas velocity can be measured using the differential pressure and an optional Pitot tube.

LCD顯示屏配有背光燈，同時(shí)屏幕還可以隨意的旋轉(zhuǎn)以方便讀數(shù)。參數(shù)顯示可以被放大縮小。如果客戶需要遠(yuǎn)距離讀數(shù)可以放大屏幕，如果客戶需要屏幕同時(shí)顯示若干數(shù)據(jù)，可以縮小屏幕。

The LCD display screen has a back light and can be retated for greater ease and convenience. The parameters displayed can be zoomed in to view from a distance or zoomed out for more parameters at once on the display screen.

 

校準(zhǔn)

Calibration 

每臺分析儀都會經(jīng)過廠家完整校準(zhǔn)才會出廠。分析儀可以利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體再次校準(zhǔn)。廠家推薦至少一年校準(zhǔn)一次，以確保分析儀的精確性。

The analyzer comes standard with a complete factory calibration. The analyzer can easily be re-calibrated with span gas cylinders. Recalibration is recommended at least one each year to ensure analyzer accuracy.
