Thermoelectric Chiller with Auto Condensate Drain 

內(nèi)置電化學(xué)冷凝裝置可以快速有效的去除氣體取樣儀里的水蒸氣，從而可以防止內(nèi)燃機(jī)排出的氣體在冷凝物里形成氣泡。內(nèi)置冷凝排水泵可以方便的通過設(shè)備底部的排水管自動的排出存積的水。

The internal thermoelectric chiller efficiently and quickly removes the water vapor from the flue gas sample to prevent combustion gases form bubbling from the gas phase into the condensate. The built-in condensate drain pump automatically pumps the accumulated water out through the bottom of the unit for greater convenience

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)“EGAS”軟件包可以在施工現(xiàn)場用筆記本電腦，或在實(shí)驗(yàn)室用臺式電腦來即時保存和繪制數(shù)據(jù)。E8500與電腦之間的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸可以通過無線藍(lán)牙或者USB數(shù)據(jù)線來完成。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配件包里已經(jīng)包含了無線藍(lán)牙和USB數(shù)據(jù)線。藍(lán)牙配件還可以導(dǎo)出數(shù)據(jù)，以方便在其他的電子制表軟件里使用，從而方便客戶可以靈活的制作細(xì)致的尾氣分析報(bào)告。

The standard “EGAS” software package includes the ability to save and graph date in real-time in the field with a laptop or in a laboratory with a PC. Communications between the E8500 and a computer are done via wireless Bluetooth communications or USB cable. A Bluetooth module for a computer comes standard with each E8500 gas analyzer. Data from the “EGAS” software can be exported to other spreadsheet programs for more user flexibility to create detailed emissions reports.

E8500可裝配最多九個全部氣體傳感器、六個電化學(xué)分析類的傳感器以及三個NDIR類的傳感器。每個傳感器的具體數(shù)據(jù)請查看下圖。

The E8500 can have a maximum of nine total gas sensors, up to six electrochemical type sensors and up to three NDIR type sensors. The chart below details each sensor. 

 

溫度測量

Temperature Measurements

尾氣溫度、空氣溫度及相對溫度的測量是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置的。效率的計(jì)算也利用了相對溫度的數(shù)據(jù)。

Temperature measurements for the flue gas and air as well as the differential temperature are standard features. The differential temperature is used as part of efficiency calculation

氣流、壓力和氣流速度

Draft, Pressure & Velocity 

分析儀利用內(nèi)置的壓力傳感器來檢測壓力和煙囪抽力。通過計(jì)算前后壓力差可以得到相對壓力。氣流速度可以通過相對壓力和可選性皮氏管來計(jì)算得來。

An internal pressure sensor allows the analyzer to measure pressure and stack draft. With two pressure inputs, differential pressure can also be measured. Gas velocity can be measured using the differential pressure and an optional Pitot tube. 

帶放大縮小功能的可旋轉(zhuǎn)式顯示屏

LCD顯示屏配有背光燈，同時屏幕還可以隨意的旋轉(zhuǎn)以方便讀數(shù)。參數(shù)顯示可以被放大縮小。如果客戶需要遠(yuǎn)距離讀數(shù)可以放大屏幕，如果客戶需要屏幕同時顯示若干數(shù)據(jù)，可以縮小屏幕。

Rotating Display with Zoom

The LCD display screen has a continuous back light and is automatically rotated. The parameters displayed can be zoomed in to view form a distance or zoomed out for more parameter at one on the display screen.

 

校準(zhǔn) 

每臺分析儀都會經(jīng)過廠家完整校準(zhǔn)才會出廠。分析儀可以利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體再次校準(zhǔn)。廠家推薦至少一年校準(zhǔn)一次，以確保分析儀的精確性。

Calibration 

The analyzer comes standard with a complete factory calibration. The analyzer can easily be recalibrated with span gas cylinder. Recalibration is recommended at least once each year to ensure analyzer accuracy.
