      黑剛玉磨料是以優質的礬土為主要原料，少加還原劑而后,在電弧爐內經高溫冶煉而成，色澤呈黑色。硬度適中，其韌性較大耐磨棱角鋒利，自銳性強，磨削是發熱量少，拋光加工工件潔度高，黑剛玉磨料基本料集中，切削力強，韌性大，剛柔相濟，耐磨性好，工效高。黑剛玉磨料，適用于不銹鋼，金屬制品電鍍前底面拋光和噴沙，它適用于玻璃、竹木、石材等制品的磨削和拋光．黑剛玉廣泛應用于餐具拋光行業，電鍍前底面拋光行業，金屬表面處理行業，玻璃制品行業，鋁制品和不銹鋼的拋光。又是制造樹脂砂輪，砂布的新凝材料。目前，最為廣泛地應用于不銹鋼餐廚具，燈具燈飾摩托車零件，汽車配件等中等硬度材料的精細拋光。
      黑剛玉是于電弧爐中，將鋁礬土熔煉而制得的一種以a-AL2O3和鐵尖晶石為主礦相的灰黑色結晶體，具有韌性高、耐高溫、熱太性能穩定的特點。磨料組成基本粒集中，切削力強，耐磨性好，工效高。主要用于金屬制品、光學玻璃、竹木制品的拋光和噴砂，又是制造樹脂砂輪、切割片、砂布的新穎磨料，用本產品拋光比其它磨料工效提高2.5倍,光潔度提高1.5倍,特別是磨削拋光不銹鋼制品效果更佳。

 黑剛玉廣泛應用于表面處理加工行業，可使各種表面處理加工更光潔，具體可分為以下幾大類：
 
    1、表面加工：金屬氧化層，碳化物黑皮，金屬或非金屬表面污銹清除，如重力壓鑄模，橡膠模之氧化物或離形劑之去除，陶瓷表面黑點，鈾色去除，彩繪重生。
    2、美化加工：各種黃金，K金飾品，貴金屬制品之消光或霧面處理，水晶，玻璃，波紋，壓克力等非金屬之霧面加工以及能使加工物表面成金屬光澤。
    3、蝕刻加工：玉石，水晶，瑪瑙，半寶石，印章，雅石，古董，大理石墓碑，陶瓷，木材，竹片等之蝕刻美工。
    4、前處理加工：鐵氟龍（TEFLON），PU，橡膠，塑料被覆，橡膠滾桶（ROLLER），電鍍，金屬噴焊，鍍鈦等之前處理，使表面附著力增加。
    5、毛邊加工：電木，塑料，鋅，鋁壓鑄品，電子零件，磁芯等之毛邊去除。
    6、應力消除加工：航天，國防，精密工業之零件，除銹，除漆消光，整修等之應力消除加工處理。
    7、電子零件加工：硅芯片之霧面及蝕刻，晶圓背面雜質去除，電子零件封裝之溢膠，成品表面印字的去除，陶瓷電熱之清潔 
     8、模具之加工：一般模具表面之噴砂，模具咬花后霧面處理，線切割模，玻璃模，輪胎模，導電橡膠模，鞋模，電木模，電鍍模，按鍵模，塑料制品模。
