一、果殼活性炭簡介：
果殼活性炭選用**環保桃殼、杏殼、核桃殼、棗殼等果殼為原料，采用炭化、活化、過熱蒸氣催化等工藝精制而成。
 
二、果殼活性炭性能：
該產品具有**強度好、空隙發達、吸附性能高、強度高、易再生、經濟**等優點，廣泛應用于生活、工業、液相吸附、水質凈化、氣相吸附。特別適用于電廠、石化、煉油廠、印染紡織業、食品飲料、醫藥用水、電子高純水、生活飲用水、工業中水回用等行業。更能有效吸附水中的游離氯、酚、硫、油、膠質、農藥殘留物和其他有機污染物，余氯、半脫氯值，以及有機溶劑的回收等。
 
三、果殼活性炭廢水處理的應用：
1、處理含鉻廢水。鉻是電鍍中用量較大的一種金屬原料，在廢水中六價鉻隨pH值的不同分別以不同的形式存在。活性炭有非常發達的微孔結構和較高的比表面積，具有較強的物理吸附能力，能有效地吸附廢水中的Cr（Ⅵ）.活性炭的表面存在大量的含氧基團如羥基（-OH）、羧基（-COOH）等，它們都有靜電吸附功能，對Cr（Ⅵ）產生化學吸附作用。*可以用于處理電鍍廢水中的Cr（Ⅵ），吸附后的廢水可達到地區排放標準。
2、處理含氰廢水。在工業生產中，金銀的濕法提取、化學纖維的生產、煉焦、合成氨、電鍍、煤氣生產等行業均使用氰化物或副產氰化物，因而在生產過程中必然要排放一定數量的含氰廢水。活性炭用于凈化廢水已有相當長的歷史，應用于處理含氰廢水的文獻報道也越來越多.但由于CN_、HCN在活性炭上的吸附容量小，一般為3mgCN/gAC～8mgCN/gAC因品種而異，在處理成本上不合算。
3、處理含汞廢水。活性炭有吸附汞和含汞化合物的性能，但吸附能力有限，只適宜于處理含汞量低的廢水。如果含汞的濃度較高，可以先用化學沉淀法處理，處理后含汞約1mg/L，高時可達2-3mg/L，然后再用活性炭做進一步的處理。
4、處理含酚廢水。含酚廢水廣泛來源于石油化工廠、樹脂廠、焦化廠和煉油化工廠。經實驗證明：活性炭對苯酚的吸附性能好，溫度升高不利于吸附，使吸附容量減小；但升高溫度達到吸附平衡的時間縮短。活性炭的用量和吸附時間存在較佳值，在酸性和中性條件下，去除率變化不大；強堿性條件下，苯酚去除率急劇下降，堿性越強，吸附效果越差。
5、處理含甲醇廢水。活性炭可以吸附甲醇，但吸附能力不強，只適宜于處理含甲醇量低的廢水。工程運行結果表明，可將混合液的COD從40mg/L降至12mg/L以下，對甲醇的去除率達到93.16%～**，其出水水質可以滿足回用到鍋爐脫鹽水系統進水的水質要求。
 
四、活性炭貯存和運輸：
1、活性炭在運輸過程中，防止與堅硬物質混狀，不可踩、踏，以防炭粒破碎，影響質量。
2、要**防止水浸，因水浸后，大量水充滿活性空隙，使其失去作用。
3、防止與火源直接接觸，以防著火、活性炭再生時避免進氧并再生**，再生后**用蒸汽冷卻降至80℃以下，否則溫度高，遇氧，活性炭自燃。
4、應禁止焦油類物質帶入活性炭床，以免堵塞活性炭空隙，使其失去吸附作用。

2, cyanide wastewater treatment. 3, mercury wastewater treatment. 5, containing methanol wastewater treatment. Project running results show that the mixture of COD can be from 40 mg/L fell to below 12 mg/L, removal rate reached 93.16% ~ ** of methanol, the effluent water quality can meet the reuse to desalted water system of the boiler feed water quality requirements.
